1 interview on the phone, 1 in person. Very in-depth, but they kept it conversational and stress was minimal. They appreciated my attempts at humor and seemed to be interested in my personality/compatibility with the team. Not sure how this has been impacted by COVID.

Interview
Received an email invite for a 30-min phone interview for the Logistics coordinator/account management specialist position. It went well. Was told I would hear back in 3 days then nothing. About a month later Im contacted by another Hub recruiter about another phone interview. Thinking its related to the first, I scheduled it. The interviewer emailed me 8 minutes before the call to reschedule due to an unexpected meeting. Done. Come to find out she had no idea I had already interviewed for the same position. So she didn't bother with another interview. Instead she said she would read the notes from my first interview then get back to me. Didnt hear back from her but I received another email 2 days later from yet a different recruiter to phone interview for same position but different shift. That recruiter emailed me 15 minutes after missing the scheduled call because she was stuck on another call then asked to reschedule during times that I told her I would not be available. I decided to decline and withdraw my applications from this company. Hub Group is a very unprofessional company. I would be blacklisted if this were the other way around.

Great questions were asked and it was nice to be interviewed by people who were doing the job. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say and wanted to get to know me.
