Two layered interview process. Firstly by the line manager or the department manager. If shortlisted final interview with the Chief executive. If selected you will receive a call within a week. If not, they might have decided to go with other applicant.

Interview
I gave 2 interviews there and when I went for 2nd interview they said you're fresh graduate so we'll have to train you from zero even though they clearly mentioned in job listing that experience from 0-6 months is acceptable.
