I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Huckabee (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Interview process was longer than most. I had about 4+ interviews before receiving accepting the final offer. The people interviewing you are not always the same people that you will be working with, they're all from the resource team. The last interview had an architect.

Question 1
How far are you in your architectural license process? [paraphrased]
First there was a phone screening, then a video Interview, then a phone call, then, eventually, an offer letter. Total time was about a month and a half. It was pretty boiler plate as far as larger architecture companies go.

Question 1
How many years of relevant experience do I have and what specifically did I do in that experience.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huckabee (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
3-round interview process. Casual conversations with employees of all levels. Follow-up information and discussions happened promptly and overall process took approximately 2-3 weeks from application to receiving an offer. Very flexible and comfortable experience.
