It was smooth. They provided a detailed job description, expectations of the role and company culture. After the interview, a technical assessment was conducted to showcase live scenario problem-solving. The team was quite knowledgeable, engaged, and left me excited about the project. Overall, a positive experience of a company that cares about it goals.
