      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hudl

      Interview

Process was the 3 rounds. Made it to second round two times. Let me start by saying I believe Hudl would be a phenomenal place to work at. There's a reason everyone who works there, really loves their job and company. BUT I believe their interview process is terrible, especially for this position. I think there's way too much involved and very redundant with the processes. Also, I feel there is a lot of arrogance with their interview process and it always seemed like they weren't paying attention. Looking off, typing randomly (and not just about what I said), etc. Definitely unprofessional. I was waaaaay over-qualified for this position and was willing to take an over 50% paycut to start a career with Hudl. Coach Support IS Tech Support. You're a tech company, so your support is all Tech Support. Why would you not hire someone with a tech background? They told me plenty of times that they had few on their teams with a tech background. Not to mention, I got told in one of those second round interviews that they were jealous of my tech knowledge. The best part is that they are starting to add hardware, such as routers, to part of their product so you'd think they would consider starting to hire tech folks, rather than just training individuals based on a script. Also, both of my second round interviews were completely different. The first one I had mentioned wanting to do bigger and better things within Hudl and they almost seemed offended by that, which I will still never know why. In my second one, they were very persistent about asking what positions I was interested in with Hudl and where I saw myself in 5 years with the company, position-wise and forced me to say specific positions. My second one did not relate the position hardly at all. Every time they asked role specific questions, I nailed it. I am exactly what they were looking for in a candidate, but all of the other nonsense took such a big shadow on the interview. I was definitely displeased with how that went and honestly at times, felt that they were threatened by my skill set. But like I said, I would still love to work at Hudl and I think it's a truly awesome place. There's a reason everyone brags about working there and absolutely love it. I just feel the interview process, especially for an entry-level position, was a little outlandish and cocky and think they miss out on some truly, awesome talent because of it.

      Interview

Had 2 online interviews. They were easy going, however seemed unorganized. I was not offered a position even though I was more than qualified. Maybe I was too qualified and the interviewers felt insecure.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hudl (Lincoln, NE) in Jan 2017

      Interview

Video chat with a current Coach support Employee. They ask questions more based to see if you are a fit for the culture. Very opinion based. I'm not sure what they are looking for in a entry level job. Base salary is 30K. Great company but the process seams weird.
