Interview process consisted of 4 stages over about 3 weeks.
Initial recruiter screening (30 min)
A conversation about my background, previous agency experience, and the type of work I was looking for. The recruiter was friendly and transparent about the role and team structure.
Portfolio review with design team (1 hour)
Presented 3–4 projects and walked through my creative process, concept development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and execution details. Questions focused on visual systems, storytelling, and how I approached feedback and iteration.
Creative / cross-functional interview (45 min)
Met with a mix of designers and creative leads. Discussion was more conversational and focused on collaboration style, communication, handling ambiguity, and working in fast-paced environments.
Final interview with leadership (30–45 min)
More focused on long-term career goals, culture fit, and how I would contribute to the team creatively.
Overall experience was positive and professional. Communication was clear throughout the process and everyone I spoke with was thoughtful and welcoming. The process felt collaborative rather than overly intense.
