Hult International Business School interview questions

I had 2 interviews with the manager, the latter being in person at the office. In the second interview, I was spontaneously introduced to the team over a coffee which seemed promising. The manager told me she’d get back to me in a couple of days regarding the potential next step, a final interview with the regional manager. After 2 weeks of silence and 2 emails from my side asking about an update, I finally received a generic template rejection email as if they were rejecting my initial application to the role. I followed up asking for feedback but was met with silence. Considering the stage I’d reached and the effort invested by myself and the company, this seems unprofessional and rude.
