Was asked for a phone interview, by came in for a in person interview, got the offer the same day. was explained the responsibilities and asked about my interests and knowledge of foreign languages. The interview was not stressful; I had a very pleasant interviewer

The selection process and interview itself was short, took about 3 weeks for the initial call after online application and 15 minutes of informal interview. The interviewer was courteous and allowed for questions, explained the job and was flexible is discussing the position further
