Interview
The questions were Straightforward. STAR answers questions about situations that could be applied in residence, such as dealing with time management or working in a group. Sometimes they ask you to roleplay the scenario with another applicant.
Round robin interview with various activities and interviewees. Simple, straight forward and informative - you are asked to complete different task, ask different question and run though various situations to see how you would handle them

Interview
Did a few situational questions like dealing with a roomate conflict or consoling an upset resident, asking about my previous job experience as well. Asked behavioral questions like, which values do i think are the most important like health, punctuality etc.
