Humres interview questions

Had a discussion with director and manager of division. Was more a chat initially, they asked about past experience etc. After initial interview had to do a powerpoint presentation, after this they asked some questions. Overall it was an easy simple process

Interview process was fine However poor follow up. And also should ask permission or inform the candidates before clicking the record button All of a sudden in the middle of the interview they started recording the conversation .
