Hunger Task Force Advocate interview questions

Interview had a phone screen, in-person interview with management, a second in-person interview with another member of leadership, and a third in-person interview with the ED. The first two interviews were standard, the last interview was wild. The ED spoke mostly about their experiences, made a comment about never hiring social workers, and asked if I was a parent.
