Instead of focusing on day-to-day operations, the questions centered on growth, strategy, and using marketing tools to build a big-picture vision. The manager was particularly interested in hearing fresh perspectives and insights, looking for ideas that went beyond standard requirements. The line manager was approachable and open to providing feedback if asked. However, communication from HR was poor; I received no follow-up or even a rejection email after the process concluded.

The whole interview was conducted in Chinese, which wasn't too difficult. The position is suitable for new graduates. The HR was very nice and professional. She made I didn't feel pressured at all.
