It was a very informal process. First round was a phone interview with the recruiting company, followed by in person interview with the hiring manager and founder. It was in the founders home and exposed me to what the working environment might be.

Pretty chill. First was a phone interview and then after a few weeks they ask you to come in. They really want to just know about who you are and what your work style is like/if you would fit in well with the team. The office is pretty nice and everyone is friendly.

Interview
Applied for position, and invited for interview within two weeks. Interview was relaxed, with relevant questions about previous experience and job aspirations. The interview process has been protracted due to vacations in summer - has been a little disorganized. It seems that the communications department is expanding, and they are interviewing with a view to placing several candidates.
