Hunt Brothers Pizza interview questions

The 1st step was a phone screen with HR. Then a hour long phone interview with the hiring manager and director of HR. About two weeks later, I was called and asked to complete a personality/IQ test along with some other basic questions about my background. This was done through a 3rd party. Then about a week later, I was brought in for an all day interview. The company is very transparent throughout the interview process. Everyone was very friendly and passionate about the company. A few times during the on-site interview the transparency came through as negativity towards the company even though everyone seemed to really like working there.

The interview was very helpful, informative and even entertaining. HR person was a BLAST! They do a great job of conveying the culture and atmosphere there.
