Applied for the position and only 4 months after, I received the first phone call asking for a CV, once I submitted this one the next phone call was a week after asking for a personal interview. After a friendly interview where the commission structure was mentioned but not explained fully I was called for a second interview where my english skills were tested by a person which english was not great.
