Got a call from human resources. Phone interview was simple. Lasted 10 minutes. Got interview with district manager. Asked me what I wanted to lunch (1st question). I said a corned beef sandwich. He handed me 10 dollars, said he was late for a meeting and offered me the job in 5 minutes. Said my resume spoke for itself and that was good enough for him. Never had that happen to me but I accepted because it was so easy.

Typical interview questions, very professional, first phone interview, then face to face after that phase of the interview sent to an in store bank branch to shadow for an hour.
