Quick but ghosted after interview. It baffles me how people can work in HR but don’t know how to send a rejection. We’re all adults. Just be decent. I recommend avoiding this company if this is how the people - there as so many similar reviews!
Had several rounds of calls before in-person interview at the office. Most questions were about past experiences and role expectations. Two weeks after in-office interview I followed up to see if there are any news about the decision, and was told "the decision will be made in a week". It's been a month since the interview now, I heard back nothing and they are still hiring. Not sure why they won't say a rejection, ghosting is actually a lot worse, especially after in-person meeting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hutch Games (London, England) in Jan 2026
Interview
Ghosted after interview - it's weak and rude not to send a simple 'no'! It's a red flag, if they treat people like this on the outside, I imagine they have the same level of care for their employees - lots of jobs here lately, in an industry that is slow, are people running for the door?

Question 1
To talk about myself and my experience - it was very casual.
