Got call from recruiter for .net fullStack with react position. Process took a week. Interview was more focused on frontend than the backend. 1st round - Coding + tech On call Coding test by sharing the screen , for me it was for frontend in react and questions on react. 2nd round - Technical Questions mainly on scenario based since it was for senior role and also pas experience and challenges 3rd round - Director Mainly on system designs and again scenario based and behavioural round 4th round - HR Normal HR discussion about the company and perks and benefits
