You simply go to hyvee.com and fill out a job application, then in 1-5 day you get a phone call from HR and you go in for an interview and you either get hired or not but before you can start you have to take a full panel drug test
Straightforward questions about prior stocking experience, customer service, interpersonal skills, and other such things one might expect for this role. One on one interview with store HR manager. Lasted about thirty minutes with an opportunity to ask questions.

smooth only took about 15 minutes. met with someone and they asked me some questions. they then set me up for orientation where I fully applied with my personal information and other things
Very short. They were eager to hire someone and I seemed to fit the bill. I did not have any prior retail experience, but I assured them I was willing to learn the ropes.
