Met in hotel conference due to new store opening location. There were hundreds of other interviewing, with the managers interviewing 1:1. There wasn't much options in position. The manager assigned your role based on how your interview went. No options were provided.

I was hired with a hyvee job fair. I brought my resume and was hired on the spot. The store manager was very friendly and professional. I was there with 10 more people, but the process was fast. I was happy that they hired me the same day.
Very simple and easy. Be yourself because you don’t want to be put in a position you don’t enjoy. Research the company before you go in and impress them about what you know.
