This was a simple get to know your personality kind of interview. After a few personality questions then they are interested in knowing what you would like to do there.

Interview
It was an open interview and very easy to get in and out considering I was offered a job and was still in my volunteer uniform. I went through two people for the interview the operations manger then the HR who were both fabulous. It took a bit for a drug test since I had to get approval by a family member since I was 16(minor) at the time of an interview. After the interview when I did get a hold of someone I got my cup and gave it to them.

Question 1
....I was basically passed on to the HR after starting my interview with the store operations manager who's the nicest guy ever and he didn't ask me any questions since I was laughing and talking about my name. He said he liked my personality so I went to the next stage.

everyone was very nice and helpful. got a call back the next morning from applying. simple questions were asked, and no interruptions to the interview. you stop by cs to ask for the interviewer.
If you get an interview they’re pretty much going to hire you. They ask very easy questions and you have to do a drug test. You fill out the hiring paperwork on the spot.
