I applied online. I interviewed at Hydro Pro Tubs (New Orleans, LA) in June 2017
Interview
What a nightmare. The "training manual" looks like a coloring book. Be a parrot is their sales pitch. BEWARE. Sent me the wrong email. 6 hour appointments. You cannot confirm appointments. They will use legal means to not pay you.

Interview
I had my first interview they didn't ask a lot of questions they just asked what I drove and when I would be available, and if I could wait two weeks without a paycheck. The next day (today) they called me again and in the background there was a bunch of people talking. She asked me why I would like to work for their company, and then she went into the compensation, 3000 a month plus commission, and 1000 a month for travel expenses reimbursed with an expense account and then I asked her what exactly that was and she said she didn't know then I commented you're the one interviewing me and you don't know? She said that HR deals with all that kind of stuff. Do they let just anyone interview people? Then she said after 12 days you can request half, I asked her what exactly that meant, and she hung up on me. So unprofessional, so I called the number back and by my surprise (not really) you had to leave your name and number and they would get back with you..but their inbox was "full" so you couldn't do that. So i called back the number that they called from yesterday, which showed up as "office" on my caller ID. A receptionist answered the phone and I explained to her that I was doing my interview and I guess I asked one too many questions and she hung up on me. Then she proceeded to put me on a really long hold and then she said the hiring manager would get back with me and that she is sorry that that happened, she said she spoke with me and the interviewer and got her side, what side? She hung up on me. Before I even had this last interview I read the reports and comments here on Glassdoor, so I was ready for all the questions I was going to ask about the fishiness of this company. Maybe she hung up on me because she could tell I knew something was up. I read that they don't reimburse you for gas, and they won't pay unless you've sold 33%, and until you've worked for them for 30 days and if you quit within a month, that you won't even get paid for the time that you've worked with them. Im now waiting for the "hiring manager" to get back with me.
