Everything was clearly outlined at first, hiring process had 4 steps. After the 3rd step they went mute. Tried to follow up after a week but no response. I got another offer in the meantime and Hygraph removed the open position page during this time but didn’t think it was important to share an update. It’s a small startup and needs to mature it’s outlook and processes.
