Hyland Conversion Analyst interview questions

How would you identify what are documents in a customer system? If a customer tells you they can see a document in their legacy system, and it fails to show in OnBase, how do you respond? Where we you look for help if you cannot render the files the customer sees in the legacy system? Asked for a presentation on a technical subject, not necessarily related to Hyland or OnBase.
