I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hyland
Interview
Only made it to stage where standard behavioral questions were asked. Questions about extra-curricular were asked as well. A point was made to ask about classes I didn't like during college and then reference that question to my transcript with classes where I received a C or lower. Overall pretty standard.
I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Hyland (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Met with them at the career fair. Got an email from them to apply through their website, included a couple short answer questions asking "Why TSG", etc.
Received an invitation to interview on campus, which was a very relaxed 30 minute behavioral interview talking about experiences.
Invited to the on-site: they took us out to dinner and bowling the night before, really nice to meet some of the employees outside of a work setting. The next day, we came in and had presentations from the CEO and other employees. Two 45 minute interviews, one was behavioral, and one was technical in that I was asked to go through all the technical components of projects/work experiences on my resume.
