I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hyland in Aug 2015
Interview
Went through a series of interviews where it seemed like they didn't know I had been interviewed before. Took a test, passed. They wanted me to go to Cleveland for a last interview. Before going, I asked the salary range, and it was half of what I am getting paid now, and I told them in the first interview. So I refused the position. Two weeks later I received an email saying they decided I was not a good match for the position. Are you kidding me?
Also, the position was posted as International Localization, then in the middle of the process they changed to Translator.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hyland (Westlake, OH) in July 2018
Interview
Once I applied, I received an email stating they were interested in a phone interview. The phone interview was scheduled for a week later. It lasted 30 minutes and the HR representative asked me many questions. Weeks later, I received another email saying they wanted to move forward with the hiring process with a translation assessment/assignment. Once I completed that, a few days later I received another email to schedule an on-site interview. The interview was 2 hours long. The first hour consisted of an interview with 3 people (2 managers and HR representative) and the second hour was another translation assessment. Two weeks after that, I received a phone call to inform me that wanted to offer me the job.
