Thanks for your review. Our interviews typically lean toward a more conversational style. We understand why that question might have made you feel uneasy or tense. Our team, by no means, judges a candidate’s work ethic, knowledge, expertise, education or drive, from what their parents might do or in what matter they are or have been employed. Just as another team member might have asked you what you enjoyed recreationally, outside of the office, is also no indication of the final judgment or level of one's hire-ability, but only a part of Hylink’s process in genuinely wanting to know someone.
