HyperJar Customer Service Representative interview questions

A chat on the phone followed by video interview and a test (linguistic test as well as understanding the product). Very quick and clear process, it was great to see enthusiasm on their end (as well as mine). More of a chat to find out if it's a mutual fit rather than competence based questions.
