HR reaches out for a scheduled phone call with Marketing Manager. Very insightful interview process and focuses on building relationship and knowing the person behind the application. Round 2 is in person on site followed by a quick tour of the office. Overall questions are very applicable to the job and responsibilities as well as cultural fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Hyperikon (San Diego, CA) in June 2017
Interview
The interview process went great and 100% fair. After applying, I was contacted for a preliminary phone interview that gauged information of my abilities and interest in the position followed by a second interview onsite, all of the interviewers were very friendly, professional and helpful. The interview was focused to discuss vision and strategy of the company and what kind of candidate they were looking for. They gave me a good feeling about the environment right away and made me feel more comfortable to talk about my previous work experiences and skills. There was a great communication with our HR representative and she followed up after each step and made sure I knew what was happening next. They really go out of their way to make the process as smooth as possible.

What do you consider to be your biggest professional achievement?
I applied online. I interviewed at Hyperikon in June 2017
Interview
Interviewing with Hyperikon was very fast-paced! The interviews and hiring decision moved very quickly. Questions ranged from fun, personality questions to in-depth questions about experience and thought-processes. I learned much more about the position in the interview and it ended up convincing me that the role would be a good fit. The only problem with things moving so quickly was that I didn't have as much insight into the company culture as I would have liked. I wasn't clear on policies like PTO, who else was on my team, etc. until later. I would advise asking more questions to the interviewers to get a clearer picture!
