I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at I-Con Systems (Oviedo, FL) in Sept 2013

Interview

Pretty short, I had to ask for a technical question. Cantilever beam is what they chose. They go over resume and ask questions. Mostly character questions and school work life. Also, a SolidWorks test which I hadn't used in a long time (at the time, it's all i do now) but i assume it was acceptable.
