Interview
As the designer responsible for conducting the interview process, I ensured that it was a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of each candidate. The process began with an informal one-on-one interview, which gave me the chance to get to know the candidate on a personal level and gauge their personality, work style, and general fit with the company culture. Next, I designed a test project that allowed the candidates to demonstrate their technical skills and problem-solving ability. The project was specifically tailored to the requirements of the position, and I made sure that it was challenging enough to give me a good sense of the candidate's abilities. Finally, I conducted a group interview that allowed the candidate to meet other members of the team and demonstrate their communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. I asked a range of questions and designed group activities that would showcase the candidate's strengths and give me an accurate assessment of their fit for the role. Overall, the interview process that I designed was comprehensive, rigorous, and provided a holistic evaluation of each candidate. By combining multiple methods of evaluation, I was able to make an informed decision on the best candidate for the job.

Interview
After scheduling a meeting, I had a Zoom interview for about 45 minutes. I was so nervous, but the interviewer was so personable and warm, I immediately felt at ease. This was followed by a test project, which did not take more than an hour to complete. I was then invited to an interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team, which was also a great experience. About 45 minutes to an hour. The third and final interview was with IWT's Integrator. This was a much shorter interview, maybe 20 minutes. The whole process took a little over a month.
