      Coach/Instructor Interview

      24 June 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at I Wish Lessons

      Interview

The interview is strictly done online and by the phone. The hiring manager was very cordial and nice. She explained pay(which I found out later would be like pulling teeth to receive. *see reviews), and basic job description. Then we scheduled a Skype interview with the CEO who works incognito( at least he tries) as a manager. Basic work history and job related questions are asked. Nothing unexpected.

      Question 1

Not a question but a request to drive around the city for 7 hours to "research" ingredients, equipment, and venues for only $20 in gas!
