The overall interview process was very disorganized. The main takeaways were that you'll work just as hard here as you would at any of our competitors, but for less money, and lower profile clients. Consequently, the selling points were that you'd travel less, and that they have a really sweet cutting edge office. The employee benefits offering is pedestrian at best, and should be more robust, seeing that they are trying to attract talent from their competitors, all of whom have deeper pockets than they do. The main highlight of my experience was interfacing with a smarmy company favorite (legacy employee) who looks like Mo Rocca (see The Daily Show sometime between 2002-2004). He seemed annoyed at how long I was taking to answer his questions, and appeared to be more concerned with his meeting that was to occur directly after talking with me. Great representation of the company and it's culture. I was reluctant to take the interview after the phone screening, and the in-person experience only confirmed my misgivings. Sorry, but I don't think I need to go back $35k in salary because I have children and want a more flexible work environment. If you're just starting your career or are an industry burn out, this is probably a good place for you.
