I have applied online. First I did IQ test, it was usual IQ test with geometric questions. After I passed that stage, they gave me behavioral questioner, with 100 regular life-based questions. Via email they contacted me and asked for personal interview. I had interview with Director of IAB, she asked me motivation questions and also checked my background, what i know about digital marketing. After two weeks they gave me offer. It was non-negotiable (take or leave).
