Friendly and informative at every stage. A completely different experience to some of the other assessment centres where they go out of their way to try and catch you out. Friendly recruitment team and you gain a real positive experience of the company from your day there.

Friendly staff, informed process, standard competency based questions. The recruitment team kept in close contact with the graduates and were very accommodating to last minute changes. A current grad held the telephone interview and I found out I passed within a few days.

Interview
The Process lasted a couple of months, but the process was extremely personal. I was constantly kept informed by the recruitment team during and after the interview process, and I thoroughly enjoyed the application.
The Assessment Centre was extremely well run, as was the phone interview screening process. In both instances, I was able to demonstrate my knowledge of the company, experience and skills over a series of tasks which tested different skills.
