First interview was ten minutes face to face with Thomas Banks, then second was a phone call with him and the third was a panel with Thomas Banks, Tony Jones and Chris Shnively. It was as if they where looking for a warm body

Question 1
Asked if I knew how to estimate and could use Timberline/Sage. Concerned about if I would be traveling everyday or would move to Columbus.
This was our first experience in hiring an in-house estimator. We have learned a great deal since than and understand the type of position we need filled. We appreciate your working with us and helping us learn more about our estimating needs.
