I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at IBBS (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2011
Interview
Started with the hiring manager, then had a panel review with 4 senior programmers + the manager. A bunch of technical questions & work environment questions (what would you do in this case or that case), etc. From there met with the team (personality gauge, etc.) and toured the office.

What is the actual process a compiler goes through translating code into executable commands.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBBS (Kennesaw, GA) in May 2012
Interview
IBBS used a recruiting firm who found my resume online, contacted me, and coordinated the interviews. Though it took close to a month (recruiter called me in April, first interview was set up in May), the first interview was held on a Monday afternoon with the acting President of the company, a second interview occurred that Wednesday afternoon via conference call with the Marketing Manager, and a third and final interview was held that Friday at noon (all these interviews occurred within one week) with the HR Manager and Director of Account Management. Shortly after the second interview (within a few hours), the recruiter called me to provide verbal offer of the job, and IBBS sent a written offer the following week.
The first interview was very unfortunate because the acting President was not very knowledgeable of the position, and therefore misrepresented it to be 100% marketing (when in realty it turned into more of an administrative role) and blatantly lied that the company was opening a new office in Buckhead- which would have been a much better commute for me. Had I known the company was going to stay in Kennesaw, I never would have taken the job because of location.

Question 1
During the final interview I was told that the Director of Account Management wanted someone in the position who "thought just like her". This should have been a red flag because I was interviewing for a marketing position- not an Account Management or support position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at IBBS (Kennesaw, GA) in Apr 2008
Interview
Phone interview then 4 on-site interviews, each interview was about 45 min. Then it was 'wait and see.'
All nice people from different departments; departmental agendas weren't all aligned but that could be 'start-up' phase. Each person welcomed having the position filled; it was not a burden.
Interested in cable TV experience as the company targets small cable TV operators. They like tech oriented people (people confortable with networking) because most of their customers are engineers and ops folks.
