      Interview

Was called i was working as a teller for the bank and received a phone call if I can go by for an interview the following day, I prepared mentally and the next day went by to the interview, as soon as i entered i was greeted by a regular employee not the boss, the boss did not interview me. the employee asked me a series of questions including technical and personal questions. after that he shook my hand and told me they would call me after review. i received a job offer months later and was transfered to the system analyst position where i remained on a trial version according to them they left me on minimum wage for a year at 13k annual then i would tell them i need more money as this is another position they would say its on a freeze on one is getting raises even though this was a diff position and it wasnt considered a raise but a positions change a salary change i struggled begging for more money for 5 years the top i reached was 31k in 5 years base salary for a system analyst is 55-80k i was very unhappy and left the company i wanted to retire here but the company didnt give me more money or at least my boss was very greedy
