I went into the interview and was told after 15 min I was hired. The interview was extremely easy, after working there for a couple of months I realized the interview was so easy because IBC is ALWAYS hiring because IBC treats their employees like garbage.

Question 1
They give you a paper that has 4 columns on it with a word in each columns that are 8 deep. You choose one word from each column and they grade it too see if psychologically you're what they're looking for.
