I went during a job fair the were having. I filled out my application right there while I waited for the other people to be done interviewing. They called me, I turned in my application and say down with the HR person of the market. She asked me a few questions about my previous employment and if I could sell. After the interview, she told me they would contact me within two weeks. I got a call after six days to go in for a second interview, it was more of a conversation with the Head Teller of the market. She told me I was hired and when I would start.

Interview
Video interview. It went well and went really into depth regarding what type of experience you have. The interviewer asked about challenges you have faced and what you didn't like about a past coworker. It lasted about 30 minutes.
Very smooth and easy . Was held in Kirby branch and the managers were very nice. I enjoyed the training there before moving to the branch I was hired in. Overall it is a good start to enter banking field.

It was a video interview with the usage of Microsoft Team. The interviewer was very polite. It was all very professional and very quick (maybe because I failed so miserably). Make sure you are really out going if you are applying for this job.
