I applied online and was invited to complete a virtual one-way interview where I answered prerecorded questions. After that, a recruiter contacted me via text to schedule a live interview for the following day.
The only issue I experienced was that I never received my Microsoft Teams meeting link before the scheduled interview time. I waited until after the interview was supposed to begin and then had to contact the recruiter myself. About 10 minutes later, I received the meeting link and the interview proceeded.
During the interview, they asked detailed questions about my work history, responsibilities, and previous job duties, so be prepared to discuss your resume thoroughly and provide specific examples. Before the interview, I was asked to show a government-issued ID. I also had to submit an internet speed test and show my work-from-home setup, including my workspace and internet modem.
Overall, the interview itself was straightforward and professional once it began. I was told I would hear back within 24 hours, but I never received a follow-up, so I assume I was not selected for the position. My recommendation would be to improve communication regarding interview links and follow-up with candidates, even if the decision is a rejection.
