I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at IBFoods (Wantagh, NY) in July 2013

Easy I had prior experience and they needed staff. They needed people to work behind the counter. If you have deli/ customer service you should have no problem. Tony performed the interview, got an offer on the spot. I have to add words so this dam thing will let me submit it.
