Initially HR calls - She ran thru the complete CV and it was like a first level Profile interview she talked about Project initiation, Planning, scheduling budgeting and tracking. More emphasis on cost and people management.
In person the same thing repeated and one of the big project was detailed out as it was in real time execution. I felt as went thru several MOR's
