Formal and very interactive. Panel made me feel at home and discussions were straight to the point. A second stage interview was also conducted with the Chief of Party and it also went well. The only part I hated was the back and forth on the offer. They didn't want to be realistic with the offer eventhough my previous employer was giving me much better. Finally we agreed on a percentage though not very exciting.
