Called by talent acquisition specialist to introduce myself and describe my experience. then video interviewed by 4 scientists, 2 at a time for 30 minutes each. Everyone was cery nice and welcoming. No stress at all, very casual and relaxed.

only had 1 round, behavioral, this was for an intern position. really only an assessment of your values/culture fit. Be prepared to discuss why ICF, why this position, and why sustainability focus if necessary
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ICF (New Delhi) in June 2025

I applied through Careers Page and received a call from HR in few days. There was a basic resume shortlisting and it was followed by 2 rounds of interview. One with Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant. Another with Senior Manager.
