The interview process lasted about 2 months with 2-3 weeks between each interview. The first was a short 15 minute phone screen. The second interview was a Behavioral interview to see if I was a fit for the team and the final round was a Technical interview. Overall the interviews were not too difficult, however they seemed to place a strong emphasis on technical skills that were not listed as part of basic qualifications, The behavioral interviewers were great to chat with, they provided a great overview of the role and company. The technical interview was quite different. The first half the interview was basically a proctored SQL test while the second half they asked thought experiment type questions. I found it strange that the focus of this interview was heavily based on SQL and not Tableau considering the role was called 'Tableau BI Analyst'. Overall the experience was okay, The only reason I am giving it a negative is because I received a generic rejection letter after 2 months with no real explanation.
