I Applied through college and whole process included GD and Personal Interview. The process generally checked Candidate's Communication, Confidence and Knowledge. Interviewer panel was of 4. They were basically checking my product pitching ability. They tried confusing me by putting up certain questions like which is your favorite movie and why?

Good interview process nice easy not difficult anyone can give without any degree great experience everyone should try group discussions one to one session hr take interviews and his assistant also take interviews
Easy one there is 2 -3 rounds. First screening then GD and then one to one interview. Interviewer is nice person.
It's like a friendly talk not an interview. Overall it was a nice experience.
