Interview

It was done way back 2006. Call center interviews were quite intimidating during that time but I was glad that my interviewer was really nice. I was able to express myself in English and give out straightforward answers without worrying about my grammar.

Hiring process was basic. There weren't many questions asked. I truly believe that the majority of their hiring process was based on demeanor, personality, and pleasantness, which is what any customer service job hould be primarily based upon.
