It was the most horrible interview experience of my life, and I felt that it was going to be horrible starting from the recruiter screening. The main reason was that people intervening candidates have been working in this company for a long time and do not know anything outside of their domains and tools; thus, when you tell them about your experience and tools, they get confused and uncomfortable about you. The technical interview took almost 1.5 hours, and in this time frame, they asked me many unclear questions. I tried to do my best to both clarify their questions and answer each of them. In the end, they asked me whether I had any questions. I started to ask them a couple of questions to understand how their QA team operates, what kind of tools they use, how they approach testing etc. They started to get uncomfortable and unkindly tried to end the meeting as they were not able to answer my question properly. I felt disrespected as they took more than one hour of mine but were not professional enough to give me 10-20 minutes to ask my questions in return. Even if they had given me an offer, I would have never accepted it and worked with such unprofessional people.
