Interview
Interviewer came up with a negative mind set .. I answered him almost all the questions.. still he didn't respond well..even he was very rude ,, i felt he was there for formality only...so guys if you fill your seats from inside references,,then why you conduct walk in .. and its your duty to take proper feedback from candidates also .. so I suggest to candidates please don't go there ... the company even doesn't have proper hiring process...

Interview
The interview process went really quickly and smoothly for me.
I was contacted by an employee after 1 week of submitting my application. I didn't realize it was an interview with my future manager. He went through my skills, educations, work experiences, projects. Then I was contacted by HR in a couple of days to talk about HR stuff.
After couple of days, I was scheduled for another interview with a team of engineers (about 5-6) in a conference call through Microsoft Teams. The interview covers a wide range of topics. Since it's a Java position, I had about 4 questions in Java (leetcode easy), then couples Linux Bash questions about commands, then 3-4 practical SQL questions.
It went well, so I received the offer within 2-3 days and I accepted it.
